At Lunario, we maintain a close collaboration with our sister projects, Finca la Carrodilla* and La Lomita*, to ensure the quality and freshness of what we serve. Finca la Carrodilla, located just 4 kilometers from our restaurant, is an organically certified estate in both field and winery. This estate is an essential source for Lunario*, providing more than 90% of the vegetables we use. Additionally, it produces dairy, honey, olive oil, lamb and goat meat, following sustainable practices.
On the other hand, our restaurant is located on the property of La Lomita, which is also organically certified. Most of the wines we serve come from La Lomita and Finca La Carrodilla. This relationship allows us to offer our customers certified, high-quality products, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and local production.
